Former EastEnders actress Danniella Westbrook has revealed the results of her life-changing nose surgery, and fans can hardly believe their eyes.
The 51-year-old star shared a fresh selfie just three months after undergoing a major operation in which surgeons removed cartilage from her rib to rebuild the bridge of her nose through a bone graft.
Danniella had the procedure in June and has been waiting patiently for the area to heal before finally unveiling the transformation. Smiling proudly for the camera, she appeared pleased with the dramatic change.
Alongside the photo, she wrote:
“Battling the tube strikes to get to two work meetings and a fabulous NA meeting later… I will definitely be sleeping well tonight.”
Her celebrity friends were quick to chime in. Comedian Alan Carr commented: “Busy bee 
,” while fellow EastEnders alum John Partridge added: “Good to see you!” Danniella responded warmly: “I need to see you.”
Fans were equally thrilled, flooding her comments with praise. One wrote: “You look fabulous & more importantly healthy & happy.” Another added: “Wow, they did a phenomenal job.”
Back in June, Westbrook had already revealed her anticipation for the surgery:
“Big day for me heading down for a very long surgery right now to rebuild my face. Then I can get back to work.”
A source close to her confirmed soon after:
“Danniella is recovering after the surgery and is being supported by Charlie. She is so grateful for the support from her fan base.”
Danniella’s turbulent past with drugs is well known. She became hooked at just 14 after shooting to fame as Sam Mitchell on BBC One’s EastEnders. Over the years, she admitted to wasting £250,000 on cocaine and taking up to five grams a day during pregnancy with her son Kai. Her heavy use destroyed her septum, leaving her with permanent facial damage.
In 2017, while competing on Celebrity Big Brother, she confessed her children were terrified about how she would cope. At the time, she admitted to doing 11 grams of cocaine a day.
Although she managed to get clean, relapses followed. She revealed:
“I’m an addict and the wheels fell off. I was dabbing cocaine in my mouth and rubbing it around my gums to numb the pain. People thought I was sniffing it again, but I wasn’t.”
In 2021, another relapse hit before she eventually turned her life around once more. Since then, she has poured over £500,000 into reconstructive surgeries. In 2023, she traveled to Turkey for her fifth facial reconstruction, undergoing a thread lift procedure that involved 1,200 threads, as well as liposuction to transfer fat into her cheeks and lips for a more symmetrical appearance.
Now, with the rib surgery healing beautifully, fans are calling this her most successful transformation yet — and it’s clear Danniella herself is embracing this new chapter with confidence and hope.
