The 61-year-old shared all about their relationship woes during the latest episode of their joint podcast, Coffee Moaning.
In a short clip posted on Instagram to tease what they would be discussing, Nadia admitted: “We’ve been close to divorce many times, many times.
“We’ve been to marriage guidance councillors; we’ve worked our a***s off really to stay together.”
Her followers flocked to the comments section to praise them for opening up about their marital issues over the years.
One person said: “Love how you are honest about the graft that goes into being and staying married and sane, or not sane… lol.”

The ITV star responded: “Exactly we hate anyone to think we breeze it we do NOT.”
Another social media user commented: “Love how honest you both are, that’s what helps others to open up and I think also shows how you can go through tough times with a partner but weather the storm.
“I for one are glad you both survived! You are an incredible couple with huge hearts.”
While a third added: “I know this will help a lot of couples, it’s blooming hard living with another human, thank you for sharing.”
In the actual episode, Nadia expressed: “Each time we went to a couple’s councillor, we’ve felt our communication was completely out and completely gone but there was still a willingness to try and make it work.
“It did help, even the bad marriage councillors did help.”

She went on to tell their listeners about the worst moments in their marriage as she added: “I think there is a point where a relationship is just dead.
“But I would say that I have felt that in this marriage at times and Mark has, vice versa. We’ve just thought, ‘I can’t do this anymore, I literally can’t do this anymore.’
“And I’ve said this before, we’ve both said this before, if we hadn’t of had Maddie, we wouldn’t have stayed together.
“We would have both stormed off and walked away and gone and made the same mistake again.”
Nadia went on to reveal that the pair would get into big arguments but would be on different pages about whether to resolve it or walk away for good.
Thankfully, with the help of marriage councillors, the couple were able to pick up healthy ways to get past their arguments.
Nadia and Mark got married back in 2002 and share daughters, Maddie and Kiki.
The film producer also has two daughters from a previous relationship.
The Celebrity Big Brother star’s openness about her marriage comes after losing her friend Hannah following her breast cancer battle.
Last month, she announced the devastating news and revealed she was “deeply shocked and distraught”, adding that Hannah “will forever be deeply loved”.
