Dani Dyer has revealed the revolting truth behind THAT Celebrity SAS moment where a contestant wet himself just minutes into a challenge.
The former Love Island contestant joined This Morning hosts Dermot O’Leary and Alison Hammond to open up on her time on the Channel 4 show, which tasks celebrities with undergoing a condensed version of the SAS selection course.
Led by tough ex-special forced operators, Rudy Reyes, Jason ‘Foxy’ Fox, Billy Billingham, and Chris Oliver, the celebrities are eliminated one by one when they fail to impress the leaders.
The eighth series of the much-loved Channel 4 show returns to our screens this Sunday (4 Jan) – and the upcoming series looks to be seriously brutal.
And Dani, 29, was among the latest band of stars taking part in the show in Team UK, who have been going head to head with Team Australia.
She’s joined in her team with Gabby Allen, Jack Joseph, Cole Anderson-James, Ben Cohen, Toby Olubi, Graeme Swann – while Team Australia is made up of Jessika Power, Ryan Moloney, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, Brad Hodge, Emily Seebohm, Mack Horton and Axle Whitehead.

Olympic swimmer Mack, 29, was filmed wetting himself as he stood in line
In the first challenge, the celebrities were lined up, with bags placed on their heads, and tasked with standing in the blaring sunshine while waiting for the task.
And Olympic swimmer Mack, 29, was filmed wetting himself as he stood in line, not because he was afraid of what was to come, but because he had been holding his bladder for too long.
He told Daily Mail: ‘I was just busting to be honest. ‘I put my hand up because I had to go to the bathroom and no one came, and I was like, who cares at this point?’
Further explaining the truth behind the moment, Dani told This Morning hosts Cat, 49, and Ben, 51, that celebrities would relieve themselves whenever and ‘anywhere’ they got the chance, as trips to the toilet were not scheduled in.
She said: ‘We were held with those hoods on, it must have been for about an hour, we were all sat in cars before it even started with the hoods on.
‘There’s no toilet going, you are on – if you needed a wee, you were going anywhere.’
Mack is a retired Olympic swimmer from Australia who has won a gold medal for the 400m freestyle at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games, as well as a bronze in the 4×200 freestyle relay at the 2020 Tokyo Games.
He added of the embarrassing moment on screen: ‘It was huge as well. It went on for like a minute and a half. It was outrageous.’

Celebrity SAS star Mack Horton has revealed the ‘outrageous’ moment where he wet himself just ten minutes into the show after being ignored by Billy Bilingham and his team
His co-host Toby chimed in: ‘That was 10 minutes in. None of us realised because obviously there was something far greater in front of us.
‘I just remember you telling us that happened but none of us realised whatsoever.’
Toby is an Olympian bobsledder and sprinter, and is also known for taking on the alter-ego of Phantom in BBC’s The Gladiators.
Jessika is best known for taking part in Married At First Sight Australia in 2019.
She has gone on to star in Celebs Go Dating and Celebrity Ex on the Beach.
The trio also opened up about what it was like to take part in the show.
Toby said: ‘I would say is very much immersive.
‘So you do feel like you’re you’re there, and you don’t feel like you’re on a TV show very quickly, because there is, there’s no one’s talking to you, apart from the DS team, so you’re left there just to your own accord with your team.
‘But they do make it feel like you’re really in the whole process, and they do a good job of it…
Dani cut a glam figure for the appearance in a frilled blouse, bootcut jeans and heels
The eighth series of the much-loved Channel 4show returns to our screens this Sunday (4 Jan) – and fans definitely won’t want to miss it
‘And that’s why you get Mac p**sing himself, I guess.’
He added: ‘There’s a lot of suspense, so you don’t know what’s coming up next, which really does take a toll on your sensory system.
‘So then there’s also sensory overload, because even though, like at the beginning, you’ve got this bag over your head, it’s hot, so you can feel the heat.
‘You’re trying to listen out to what’s going on, you can also sort of feel the gravel on your knees, you’re very much aware of all your senses, and they really do compound each sense to make you feel sort of overwhelmed, which is, again, the nature of the beast.’
Unfortunately the stars have teased that there were plenty of shocking moments from filming that didn’t make the cut.
Mack confessed: ‘There is also probably be a lot of stuff that doesn’t make it, like they play games with you constantly throughout the show.’
He explained: ‘They left a chocolate box out. It was named Rudy’s chocolates.
‘They were just playing games with us, testing to see if we eat it, if we hand it back. So just things, things like that all weekend.
‘So you’re always looking for where they’re trying to get you, where you’re trying to catch up, how you have to try and play this game to stay on their side as well.’
