‘This Ends Today’: Peter Andre Shares Explosive Statement About Katie Price After 16 Years of Silence — Calling Out ‘Repeated Lies’

Peter Andre has broken his silence after 16 years, firing back at ex-wife Katie Price in a blistering social media post — accusing her of spreading “repeated lies” and declaring, “This ends today.”

The Mysterious Girl singer, 52, took to Instagram as tensions between the former couple reached boiling point. His post comes after Katie, 47, criticised the producers of their daughter Princess Andre’s debut reality TV series. The show, The Princess Diaries, features Princess, 18, spending time with her dad, while her mum appears very little. Katie had previously urged Peter to sit down with her to resolve their feud.

But in his fierce statement, Peter wrote:

“For sixteen years, I have stayed silent in the face of repeated lies from my ex-wife and her family, out of respect for my children and loved ones, but staying silent has been incredibly frustrating. That ends today. The latest comments about my children’s welfare and living arrangements compel me to set the record straight. For well-documented reasons, and for their safety, Junior and Princess came into my care in 2018 and remained with me until they reached adulthood. In 2019, the family courts issued a legally binding order to enforce this arrangement. I have never made this public before, out of respect for my children.

“In 2011 and 2015, publicly documented court cases found my ex-wife had made false claims. She was ordered to pay substantial damages and legal costs, and to apologise, to me and my management. The same falsehoods are being repeated today. Unfortunately, there are many more lies and baseless accusations I have yet to address. Those will now be dealt with in the coming months.”

Katie’s spokesperson responded to the Mirror:

“Kate is in a much better and clearer headspace and is at peace with the situation. This was in the past and she doesn’t feel the need to bring up tit-for-tat comments. More importantly, she’s dealing with this the right way and it’s now in her lawyers’ hands. Kate will no longer be gaslight [sic] and bullied as she once was…”

Peter and Katie share two children — Junior and Princess — but have had no contact since their divorce in 2009.

Katie has recently voiced her frustration over Peter’s management team also managing Princess’ career, saying she was “very, very upset” at being left out. She claimed she would not be watching Princess’ new show and alleged she was banned from her daughter’s 18th birthday party because it was being filmed.

On her podcast, Katie said:

“Princess was like, ‘I’m having a party.’ And I wasn’t invited because it was for ‘filming.’ Certain people didn’t want me there. They even considered me ‘trash.’”

The documentary also shows Princess opening up about the impact of her parents’ split and her mother’s public relationships:

“I did have a counsellor, I do still see her every now and then. But I don’t feel like I can really talk, so I just write everything down in my notes. I do wish I could have had a happier childhood. I had so many things on my plate at a young age.”

Katie has suggested that it’s time for everyone involved — herself, Peter, and his management team — to meet and talk. She said:

“I feel like I’ve missed out on so much and it’s not fair to put Princess in the middle. Life would be so much more at peace if we could all just sit down and talk about whatever issues they have with me and get over it.”

In a recent podcast episode, she also expressed her hope for both parents to support their daughter together:

“There’s no reason why both parents can’t be there to support her. I don’t care if I’m not in Princess’ show. I don’t need to raise my profile through her. All I want is to be there to watch her photoshoots, her signings — like my mum, my sister Sophie, and my nan did for me. I’m proud of her and I just want to be there.”
