JUST IN their chaotic UK return, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing a quiet but serious “challenge”… and one expert says there’s only ONE way forward
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle face big ‘challenge’ after chaotic UK trip raises questions
EXCLUSIVE: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle can only do one thing to overcome a huge “challenge,” claims expert.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are faced with a huge “challenge” they need to work hard to overcome, a PR expert has claimed. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have seen their popularity take a nosedive ever since they quit their roles as senior working members of the Royal Family in 2020.
Harry and Meghan’s reputation plunged after the couple unleashed a series of attacks against the royals through a series of interviews, their Netflix show, Harry & Meghan and the duke’s memoir, Spare. While the couple have eased on their claims against the Firm, in a bid to rekindle their frosty relationship with them, their efforts to salvage their reputation among the public have been futile. Last May, a YouGov survey found Harry and Meghan ranked just above disgraced Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, with approval ratings of 33% and 22%, respectively.

In June, another poll from YouGov America showed that Meghan’s favourability was at 27%. For comparison, in the third quarter of 2025, she was liked by 37% and disliked by 22%, giving her a net approval rating of +15.
Now, a PR expert has claimed that the Sussexes can rebuild their reputation, but they have to follow one thumb rule – consistency.
Renae Smith, founder of PR and branding agency The Atticism, told the Daily Express: “ Reputations are rebuilt through repeated behaviour over long periods of time, not one well-managed visit.
“The challenge for Harry and Meghan has always been consistency.
