“£30,000… STOLEN FROM THREE CHASERS IN THE FINAL FOUR SECONDS!” 😱 What began as a fun appearance from an 84-year-old grandmother suddenly turned into one of the most jaw-dropping collapses Beat The Chasers has ever seen. Dorothy walked onto the ITV stage talking about future “crazy adventures” — from giant ziplines at 85 to a wing walk at 90 — and at first, nobody seriously believed she could survive against three of the show’s most dangerous quiz minds. Then came the final chase. The clock was draining. The pressure became unbearable. And the Chasers looked completely in control.

Dorothy from Watton chose to play three chasers – Paul, ‘The Sinnerman’ Sinha, Jenny ‘The Vixen’ Ryan and Shaun ‘The Dark Destroyer’ Wallace.

For her 85th birthday, the former personnel officer has plans to tackle the zip wire down Penrhyn Quarry in Wales.
With nerves of steel, a wing walk is on the to-do list for her 90th celebration and the winnings would come in handy to cover the insurance costs.
Despite it seeming like the chasers were going to win, after two slip-ups from The Sinnerman, Dorothy managed to take the victory with four seconds to spare.
